Rules help to lose weight


I will not let myself fail!

I will not let myself cry because i m fat and people are talking shit about me!
I will not let anyone take advantage of me because i m fat and trying to lose weight(weight loss pills companies,herbal life,expensive personal trainers)
I will not let anyone lie to me that being fat is ok(i understnd its not good for my health)
But....
I will start eating healthy
I will do cardio exercices
I will dance,play sports and be active!
Starting from now!!!

Tuna containts healty fats such as omega-3 and is high in protein so it's perfect for anyone wanting to lose weight.


This is a very quick and delicuous salad.you can use a flavoured tuna if you like or even swap the tuna for canned salmon.



Ingerdients:
1 cup pasta,sprial
1×425g tin tuna drained.
1/4 red capsicum,chopped.
1 large tomato,chopped.
8 green beans.
1/2 cup butter beans or cannellini beans,drained and rinsed.
1/2 cup corn.
1 tpsb,sliced black olives.
1/2 avocado chopped.
Drizzle of olive oil.
Splash of balsamic vinegar.


Method:
Cook paste as per instructions,however you want a firm texture so 1 minute less would be preferable,the last minute add the green
Beans to the water.drain and set aside,drain your tuna and place in a large mixing bowl.add capsicum,green beans,corn,tomato and pasta,seasons with cracked pepper then drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Place in 2 bowls then add the avocado and olives.

Delicious berry and yoghurt



Berry and yoghurt parfait

Ingredients:
1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon apple juice
1/3cups basic muesli
1/3 cups reduced-fat yoghurt

Directions:
 combine berries ,vanilla and apple juice in a bowl.set side for 20 minutes or untill berries have thawed.
Spoon 2 tablespoons muesli into each of four 1 cup-capacity glasses.top each with the tablespoons yoghurt and 2 tablespoons berry mixture.repeat with remaining muesli,yoghurt and berry mixture.
